ASTON MARTIN ONE-77

ASTON MATRIN ONE-77

Aston Martin One-77

This Ultimate supercar was born when iconic british car maker Aston Martin decided to build it’s first ever supercar in 2007 – One-77. As it was an Aston Martin it was once one of the most Expensive cars in the world. One-77 is 2-door grand tourer car. Aston Martin built a whole new facility to build One-77 in Aston Martin Factory at  Gaydon, Warwickshire, United Kingdom. Only 77 cars were ever made, hence the car’s name was born – One-77. Every One-77 was completely hand-crafted including it’s engine. Aston Martin claimed it would be the most powerful naturally aspirated production engine in the world when the first car was delivered. Like many other supercars, One-77’s monocoque is also made with carbon-fibre. Unlike any other car, Aston Martin showcased both body of the car and Chassis with drive train differently at Geneva Motor Show 2009 so that people can see everything that car can do. Clearly, One-77 is a piece of automotive art and is hand crafted with patience to make it perfect. As of this, One-77 has jaw dropping price tag of £1,150,000.

PERFORMANCE

The One-77 features a naturally aspirated 7.3 litre V12 engine producing 750 bhp and 750 Nm of torque giving it a brutal acceleration. It is capable of reaching 0-100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds. One-77 has a top speed of 354 kmph which was fastest in Aston Martin line-up when One-77 was introduced. The car uses a strengthened version of the DB9's 6-speed automated manual transmission and height-adjustable pushrod suspension coupled with dynamic stability control. It will feature Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres (255/35 ZR20 front, 335/30 ZR20 rear) and Carbon Ceramic Matrix brakes. One-77 has active aerodynamics with deployable spoiler which deploys at 80 mph to generate downforce. It further features Single bi-xenon headlamps with integrated LED side lights and direction indicators, Carbon fibre front splitters, Carbon fibre rear diffuser with integrated transaxle cooler.

INTERIOR

Inside this expensive machine, you’ll se a rather elegant interior. It has Leather-trimmed sports steering wheel, Electrically adjustable lightweight memory seats, Powerfold exterior memory mirrors, Automatic temperature control, Trip computer, Glass ECU and switches and LED map-reading touch sensitive lights. You will find seas of carbon-fiber – the door panels, the sills, floor and even the back of your seat – but there are also plenty of leather and alloy elsewhere to remind you this is after all an Aston Martin. Every leather in the interior is hand-stitched. The interior design, materials and build quality are as good as you can expect for the best British luxury car.
